Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Who we share your data with

To our best efforts, we do not share your data with anyone other than the partners required to fulfill your purchases and requests; ie: product fulfillment, shipping, order support etc.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Additional information

We are not here to collect data or mistreat any individual’s data in any way. If you discover that your data has been mistreated or is potentially being threatened by our site or any of the features and products herein, please reach out to us at the above address immediately so we can rectify the situation.

How we protect your data

First, we are individuals. Just like you, we want our personal data protected and not mistreated. It is from that self-interest of personal protection that we guard what we do on this site and around the web. We are careful what partners we use in product fulfillment, what services we use to manage and maintain the site, and we will quickly remove anyone or anything that we suspect will jeopardize our data, or yours.

What data breach procedures we have in place

We currently operate with standard security protocols and measures when it comes to SSLs, payment processing, and order fulfillment. We have a very lean staff, and do not plan on allowing outside employees or contractors to deal with customer data. Furthermore, we have daily scans in place in attempt to thwart any breach, data or otherwise. As we grow, security will be an area we invest in heavily to protect our own data and interests, as well as yours.

What third parties we receive data from

For means of serving products and content throughout the social web, we currently receive data from Facebook, Instagram and Google only as it directly serves those customers and visitors on our website.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

Currently, we do not have any practices that we are aware of that fall into this type of activity.

Industry regulatory disclosure requirements

We sell creative products for wear and decorative purposes. We are not under any industry-specific requirements.
